2025 Leadership RoundTable (LRT) Retreat
The LRT started in response to the Lord’s prompting to bring some of my international mentorees and ministry friends together.
It facilitates a closed-door, by-invitation-only Leadership Dialogue of top-level leaders.
This is the fourth year that we are organizing the LRT Retreat.
The LRT 2025 Retreat is intentionally restricted to ONLY 40 select leaders and their spouses so as to facilitate a robust dialogue among the delegates. Because it’s NOT a conference nor a seminar, I do not see a need for anyone to “prepare a speech in advance”. We simply come to share our lives and our reflections together.

1. When should I arrive and depart?
For stay-in guests, please arrive at Oasia Resort Sentosa by 3pm on 07 Sep where check-in will be facilitated at the hotel lobby. Check-out will be 12nn on 09 Sep.
For non stay-in guests, LRT officially starts at 630pm on 07 Sep with a Welcome Dinner.
LRT officially ends with lunch on 09 Sep, which is scheduled to finish by 2pm.
2. What is inclusive in the registration?
Hotel accommodation from 07 to 09 Sep 2025 is complimentary, along with all meals at the retreat. (07 Sep – D, 08 Sep – B/L/D, 09 Sep – B/L).
B – breakfast; L – lunch; D – dinner
3. What is excluded in the registration?
Airfare, hotel transfer, and room incidentals. Pre-LRT and post-LRT stays at the hotel are also excluded. If you need to book additional nights for pre-LRT and post-LRT stays, please indicate in the registration link.
4. I’m flying in. What relevant information do I need to know?

Once you’ve landed, you can take a cab from the airport and provide Oasia Resort Sentosa’s address. The distance is approximately 26.5km, and driving time is estimated between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the traffic condition and timing of arrival.
Alternatively, limousine services are available at a charge for transfer from the airport to Oasia Resort Sentosa. For bookings, kindly advise your flight number and arrival time with the front office staff by phone or email 48 hours in advance.

5. I’m driving in / taking a cab in. What relevant information do I need to know?
Typically, there is a fee to enter Sentosa Island. But for LRT Retreat, it is waived by showing the attached QR code at the entrance (attached is a sample we used last year).
Please proceed to Oasia Resort Sentosa main drop off area. To park, please proceed to The Village Hotel parking area and make your way to the neighbouring Oasia Resort Sentosa.
6. What facilities are available at the hotel?
The following facilities are available:

7. What are the activities available at Sentosa Island?
- Universal Studios Singapore (0.4 km away)
- Skyline Luge Sentosa (0.5 km away)

- In addition to 3 beaches within the Sentosa Island that caters to various sea activities, as well as beach front dining.
8. What are the room amenities available?
Room amenities include a Smart TV with interactive features, bottled still water, complimentary Pryce Tea & coffee, minibar fridge, bathtub (in selected rooms), handheld & rain shower, Biology Smart Skincare Amenities, ironing facilities, hairdryer and in-room safe box.
